Reactivate a subscription

If a subscription is canceled for any reason, you can reactivate the subscription to continue using the WooCommerce Connector service.

When a subscription is canceled, a notification appears in your role center.

To reactivate a subscription

  1. In the following notification, select the Buy subscription link:

    Your subscription for the WooCommerce Connector app has been canceled. Please buy a new subscription or contact us to resolve this issue.

    The Create Subscription wizard opens.

  2. On the row with the Product Name of WooCommerce Connector, select the checkbox, and then choose Next.

    The Customer details page opens.

  3. Specify your billing information, and then choose Next.

  4. Specify your credit card information.

    Your subscription is now reactivated.
