Buy a subscription
The WooCommerce Connector includes a 15-day free trial in a production environment. After the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
You can buy a subscription in two ways:
- From the notification that appears in your role center.
- Through the Customer Portal.
To buy a subscription from a notification
In the following notification, select the Buy subscription link:
Thank you for trying out the WooCommerce Connector. Your trial period expires in 15 days. Do you want to get a subscription?
The Choose a starting plan page opens in the Create Subscription wizard.
On the row with the Product Name of WooCommerce Connector, select the checkbox, and then choose Next.
The Customer details page opens.
Specify your billing information, and then choose Next.
Specify your credit card information.
Your subscription is now active.
To buy a subscription through the Customer Portal
Select Search (Alt+Q)
, enter woocommerce connector setup, and then choose the related link.The WooCommerce Connector Setup page opens.
If you have multiple WooCommerce Connector setups, select a setup, and then on the action bar, select Manage > View.
The WooCommerce Connector Setup page opens.
On the action bar, choose Subscription > Customer Portal.
The Customer Portal page opens.
Choose Add payment method, and then specify your payment information.
Your subscription is now active.
